3 Ingredient Healthy Oatmeal Cookies

Before we get started let me remind you that these are healthy cookies, so don’t get your hopes up if you’re looking for a delicious dessert. These cookies are more breakfast than dessert, but they’re still good!

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup of oats
  • 1 ripe banana (the riper the banana, the sweeter your cookie will be)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder (this makes the cookie less dense)
  • a handful of chocolate chips (optional)

Expected time: 15-20 minutes

Step-by-Step

  • mash banana with a fork until very little lumps remain
  • mix in oats and baking powder until even
  • add your mix-ins (chocolate chips in my case)
  • bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes
  • let cool for 5-10 minutes
  • enjoy 🙂

This simple recipe has become my go-to breakfast in a time where we’re all just looking for ways to jazz up some basic ingredients, and I hope you enjoy it!
