Ingredients Group 1
- Bread Flour 40g
- Water 160ml
Ingredients Group 2
- Sugar 30g
- Milk 80ml
- Yeast 8g
- Whipping cream 60ml
- 2 eggs
Ingredients Group 3
- Bread Flour 560g
- Salt 5g
- Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Ingredients Group 4
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Loaf baking pan (optional, only necessary if you want your bread to have a loaf shape)
Instructions
Step 1: mix together ingredient 1 and cook over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until it looks like the image. You must mix non-stop the entire time
Step 2: microwave ice cold milk and whipping cream for 30 seconds until lukewarm and mix with sugar and yeast
Step 3: mix ingredients 1,2 and 3 together except butter and start kneading in a stand mixer
Step 4: knead for 2.5 minutes at speed 2
Step 5: let it sit for 20 minutes
Step 6: knead for 6 minutes at speed 2 and and then add butter
Step 7: Knead for another 10-15 minutes at speed 2 until it looks like the photo
Step 8: let it sit for one hour or until it is double its original size
Step 9: put some flour on the surface you chose to make your bread on
Step 10: cut your dough into 3 equal pieces
Step 11: put some flower on the surface and use your rolling pin to roll it out like the image
Step 12: fold the 2 sides inwards
Step 13: roll the dough up
Step 14: repeat with the other 2 pieces
Step 15: place the 3 pieces in the loaf baking pan and bake for 20 minute at 250 degrees(if you don’t have a loaf baking pan any baking pan will work if you put wax paper on top)
Step 16: Congratulations you’re done! Enjoy your bread!
