How to Make the Perfect Playlist

Music has been known to reduce stress and release endorphins when listening. Here are some simple tips and steps you can take to make a successful playlist:


1.Choose a music software or streaming service to use. 

2. Brainstorm playlists for different situations. 

    • Your workout playlist would probably differ from your relaxation playlist. Be prepared for different situations so you have your favorite songs on hand.

3. Brainstorm artists and songs you would like to include in your playlist 

    • The whole point of making a playlist is to personalize a set of songs to your liking, make sure they fit the theme or situation you chose in the last step. 

4. Choose the “create playlist” option on the service of your choice and start adding new songs. 🙂
