Lemonade Recipe

Lemonade! This is an article to relish the end of the summer season, which ends in late September this year in the northern hemisphere.


  • ½ cup lemon juice (3 lemons)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup water
  • Mint 3 leaves
  • Ice cubes


  1. In a large bowl, zest the lemons with a zester. The zest is the outer of the lemon skin. It contains citrus oil, where a lot of the aroma and flavor of the lemon is concentrated. If you don’t have a zester on hand, you can use a grater or a vegetable peeler (adult supervision is required).

2. Add brown sugar and change the lemon to sugar ratio to your liking.3. Add a little bit of water and microwave for 30 sec to 1 min.

4. Remove the lemon zest and juice the lemons when the mixture cools down. 5. Dilute the mixture with water, add mint and ice cubes.
