This piña colada recipe is from my Spanish teacher. It’s absolutely easy to make: you just buy the ingredients and mix them together. Creamy, sweet, and refreshing, the delicious tropical treat is perfect for summer!
Ingredients:
- 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 (15-ounce) cans sweetened cream of coconut (Coco Lopez), not coconut cream
- 1 (46-ounce) can pineapple juice, chilled
- 1 (32-ounce) bottle club soda, chilled
Step-by-Step
- In a blender container, combine crushed pineapple and coconut cream.
- Blend until smooth.
- In a large bowl, add pineapple juice to the mixture.
- Just before serving, add club soda.
The drink is super cool and is a favorite to enjoy with family and friends. Just be careful not to get addicted to it!
