A lot of a workout consists of what we do to prepare for it. Here are a few tips to ensure you have the best workout possible:
1. Take a few minutes to find or create a playlist for your work-out

Drink two glasses of water one-two hours before your exercise

Stay hydrated by drinking water in increments throughout your exercise, and drink up after you exercise!
